It will provide and maintain competent technical supervision at the construction site <br />throughout the project to assure that the work con Corms with the plans, specifications, and schedules approved by the <br />Secn::tary Cor the project. It will make such material available Cor examination by the public, and agrees that no material prepared with Cunds under <br />this project shall be subject to copyright in the United States or any other country. <br /> <br />e.
