After reviewing policies of surrounding cities, staff recommends the following changes <br />which are incorporated in the attached ordinance: <br />1. Nepotism will not apply to volunteer firefighters or reserve police officers. <br />2. No employee may supervise or be supervised by a member of their immediate <br />family. In addition, two or more members of an immediate family shall not <br />report to the same supervisor. <br />3.
