The City also agreed to relinquish it's half of the alley to Angel. <br />The administrative fees for processing and all other associated fees have been waived <br />in exchange for the above referenced property. <br />The closing of this alley will not negatively impact the City, and all public entities and <br />City departments have acknowledged no conflict with this closing. <br />Action Required by Council: <br />Approve Ordinance 93-1933 closing a sixteen (16) foot alley adjacent to Lots 9-24, <br />Block 1446 and quitclaims all of said vacated, abandoned and closed alley to the <br />record owner of the adjoining property, Lots 17-24, both inclusive, Town of La Porte, <br />Harris County, Texas. <br />Availability of Funds: <br />General Fund Water/Wastewater <br />Capital Improvement General Revenue Sharing <br />XX Other (None required) <br />Account Number: Funds Available: YES NO <br />~nroved for City Council Agenda <br />Robert 7.
