Box 1115, La Porte, TX 77572 <br /> <br />Consideration: Ten and NO/100 Dollars ($10.00) cash and other good <br />and valuable considerations <br /> <br />Property (including any improvements): <br /> <br />A tract of land out of a 3.7177 acre tract in Reserve <br />"I", Block 8, Brookglen, Section 2 (Replat), Harris <br />County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof <br />recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Harris <br />County, Texas, as more particularly described by metes <br />and bounds on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, incorporated <br />by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all <br />purposes, together with rights of ingress and egress. <br /> <br />Reservations from and Exception to Conveyance and Warranty: Taxes <br />for the current year have been prorated and are assumed by Grantee. <br />This conveyance is made subject to all and singular the <br />restrictions, conditions, oil, gas, and other mineral reservations, <br />easements, and covenants, if any, applicable to and enforceable <br />against the above described property as reflected by the records <br />of the county clerk of the aforesaid county. <br /> <br />The property shall be used solely for public park purposes as a <br />recreation center known as the Brookglen Recreation Center and <br />shall be used for no other purposes. <br /> <br />Brookglen Community Development Association shall have the right <br />to use the building without charge for regularly scheduled meetings <br />of the board and the members. Scheduling of the Brookglen <br />Communi ty Improvement Association meetings shall be gi ven <br />preference if scheduled six months in advance. <br /> <br />The property must be kept at all times in a safe, sani tary , <br />healthful and properly maintained condition. <br />
