He has separated the interior and exterior work into <br />packages. Deleting the exterior work (sallyport, relocation of generator, <br />stair renovations, etc.) deducts $54,600 leaving $112,400 ($167,000 - <br />$54,600) for the phase one interior work. The remobilization cost of <br />$1,600 seems very reasonable. <br />If this is a workable situation I would propose writing an addendum to <br />create an alternative for the exterior work with a deadline for owner <br />initiation of the alternate work.
