Never have I heard an ill comment from anyone. It is always how wonderful he is. He will do anything to help a citizen or a co-worker, no matter what time it is or where they are. He is not liked by everyone; but loved. I hear this on a daily basis from citizens and co-workers. He completes his assignments to perfection and on time, regardless of obstacles. He gives 110% of his time to do it and maintains a good positive attitude. He never complains and is always the first to volunteer in anything that we may need help in. It does not matter if it takes him away from his personal time, even if it is 3:00 in the morning. He listens to calls on the radio and if he hears calls for his employees he meets them at the job site. Robin himself is not on call and does not have to be there. He is considerate enough to care about the welfare and well being of all his employees. He wants to help them get the job done faster so his employees can go home and get back to bed quicker. If he is short staffed or there has been bad weather he gets out there with his employees and helps them complete their routes so it does not put his employees behind. It does not matter if it puts his regular duties behind. His employees come first, then his co- workers and then himself. He is the most unselfish person I have ever known. He is very conscientious and dedicated to his job. He sets a good example for his employees and co-workers. I have never had the pleasure to have an employee of Robin's caliber on any staff anywhere I have worked. I am proud to have him on my staff here at the City of La Porte. c1~ S. ~ (
