The heading for each entry will include a parenthetical <br />note indicating whether the proposal is a new entry or an amendment of existing regulation. <br />All new language is also highlighted by boldface type. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br /> <br />Section 3-100. Definitions (New definition: clarification) <br /> <br />Lot. Residential Large: A homesite for a single family home that is comprised of at <br />least one (1) acre (43,560 square feet). Minimum lot width shall be 100 feet. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />Section 6-100. Commercial Recreation District (New section) <br /> <br />Section 6-101 Purpose: <br /> <br />The purpose of the "CR" Commercial Recreation District is to provide specialized <br />districts for the establishment of businesses providing or supporting recreational, <br />leisure, and entertainment activities. <br /> <br />Section 6-102 Permitted.
