<br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Meeting of 9/29/94 <br />SCU94-001 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />· The 25 foot buffer areas adjacent to Barbour's <br />Cut, 13th Street, "H" Street, and the adjacent <br />undeveloped right-of-way shall be maintained by <br />the applicant. They shall be mowed a minimum <br />of once each 30 days. <br /> <br />· Dedicated rights-of-way shall remain unfenced <br />and unobstructed. <br /> <br />Property designated for use in the F -101 drainage <br />project shall remain unfenced and unobstructed. <br /> <br />· Applicants shall, prior to erection of fencing, <br />submit to the Director of Planning, a letter from <br />Houston Lighting and Power Company stating <br />that arrangements for access to the property are <br />adequate and satisfactory. As an alternative, the <br />"H" Street right-of-way can remain unfenced and <br />uno bs tructed. <br /> <br />Animal concentration shall not exceed one (1) <br />animal per each 1.75 acres of pasture area. This <br />concentration limit shall apply to each separately <br />fenced pasture. <br /> <br />This permit shall be valid for a period of one (1) <br />year from date of Council approval. At the end <br />of this period, the applicant shall apply for a new <br />Special Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />At such time as the applicant's lease with <br />Southern Pacific is allowed to lapse, or is <br />terminated by either party, this Special <br />Conditional Use Permit will become void and all <br />livestock must be removed from this tract. <br />
