CITY OF LA PORTE <br />INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />OCTOBER 27, 1994 <br />TO: STEVE GILLETT, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />FROM: SUSAN KELLEY PURCHASING AGENT <br />SUBJ: SEALED BID #0611 - FLUIDS, OIL AND LUBRICANTS <br />Advertised, sealed bids #0611 for fluids, oil and lubricants were <br />opened and read on October 17, 1994. Bid requests were mailed to <br />fifteen (15) vendors with five (5) returning bids. <br />Low bid meeting specifications was submitted by Jones Oil, Inc. <br />Using estimated yearly quantities, the cost would be $16,510.06. <br />This is a 4% increase over last year's price. <br />Please submit your recommendation with an agenda request form by <br />the prescribed time before the next regular council meeting.
