This Special Conditional Use Permit does not <br /> waive, supersede, or modify any requirement of <br /> Zoning Ordinance 1501 except as specifically <br /> enumerated by this permit, nor does it waive, <br /> supersede, or moclli7 the requirements of any <br /> other ordinance of the City of La Porte. <br /> .
