Documentation regarding property <br /> controls. <br /> Staff has reviewed the applicant's request for permit <br /> amendment and found it to be compatible with the intent and <br /> goals of the original SCU permitting process. <br /> New Permit Staff has noted certain areas that either impact on the original <br /> SCD Permit or must be considered in their own right. They are <br /> as follows: <br /> . Interior circulation will be somewhat impacted <br /> but not to a degree to warrant concern. The <br />~ - -- ,- Barbour's Cut entrance will be under control of <br /> the new tenant and may not be available to <br /> traffic to and from the warehouse. The <br /> Broadway access is designed to accommodate <br /> warehouse traffic and should be adequate to <br /> meet the needs of warehouse traffic.
