"~ <br /> c: <br />Dear Bob: <br />As you recall from our meeting on December 13, 1995 in Mr. Zincke's office, we <br />discussed the need for road improvements on Fairmont Parkway to allow for safe and <br />uncongested traffic flow in and out of the new development. During the meeting you <br />pledged your support in obtaining up to $70,000 from the City to fund enhancements <br />along Fairmont Parkway & SH 146. With this understanding, Kroger performed the <br />road improvements we discussed in conjunction with the construction of it's new store. <br />The total cost for engineering and construction of road improvements to Fairmont <br />Parkway was $33,500. <br />On behalf of Kroger I am now requesting reimbursement of the above amount from the <br />City of La Porte.
