A minimum landscape setback of twenty feet (20') will be required adjacent to all <br /> conservation areas, Buildings, parking areas, and refuse containers will not be <br /> allowed in such setback area. These areas are to be landscaped with trees, <br /> shrubs, and ground-cover, with a planting plan required to be submitted and <br /> approved by the enforcement officer.
