This ordinance was passed by the <br />City of La Porte on September 8, 1997 to provide for a longer term and becomes <br />effective on October 1, 1997. <br /> <br />After the filing date has been noted by the City Secretary, one original , <br />countersigned acceptance document should be returned to me for filing with <br />Southwestern Bell Telephone's official records.
