The grant is in the amount of $222,222, The City's matching share of the grant is $22,222. The purchase will also provide future ROW for the. extension of Farrington Blvd. . - . Although the purchase of ROW is an ineligible expense under federal and state guidelines, the dedication of former park land for airport use, left over from the exchange With the developer of Glen Meadows Subdivision, should offset' the cost of the ROW, The exact amount of the City's share will be determined when all the title work is completed and the State makes an offer to the landowner, The Council will have final approval of the purchase, Adequate funds are available in the Airport.fund to complete this project. . .
