The revisions to <br />the document are based on comments received during the City Council Meeting <br />of October 2C1, 1997, and staffs review. It is also based on information obtained <br />during two meetings I attended with the Small Business Committee at the <br />Chamber of Commerce on Ocfiober 30, 1997, and December 4, 1997. <br />I believe the proposed ordinance is ready for review by City Council. <br />Mayor and Council: <br />For your review, I have attached the proposed Graffiti Ordinance, which <br />incorporates suggested revisions. <br />Please note that staff plans to schedule this item for workshop and adoption in <br />January 1998. <br />~~ <br />December 9, 1997 <br />RTH <br />ee~ <br />~l C- <br />
