We will be using almost <br />seven acres OIf land when we are finished. <br /> <br />Our plans include 101,016 square feet of additional paving and 18,000 square feet <br />of additional buildings. The project will be around two million dollars. The service <br />department 'will over double its size. The body shop will increase in size by one third. <br />We will have a new showroom, approximately 3,000 square feet. Also a new used <br />vehicle office facility and pre-delivery center are planned. <br /> <br />After ,completion of our expansion project, we will be hiring about twenty more <br />people. As the highway interchange nears completion, we will hire an additional work <br />force of up to thirty more people. When all is said and done, we will employee between <br />one hundred and one hundred thirty people in the short term. Our work force is currently <br />at 75-80. <br /> <br />Many delays have been experienced and we had planned a closing on April 1 st or <br />2nd.
