Same-Inspection division to handle payments and issue receipts. <br /> <br />All payments of money by and collections of money from property owners for the purpose of <br />paying the city for expenses in cutting weeds, or abating other nuisances pursuant to the <br />provisions of this article shall be handled by the inspection division, and a proper receipt <br />issued therefor.
