<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(f;(Q)~W <br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before <br />the City Council of the City of La Porte, City Hall, 604 West <br />Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, beginning at 6:00 P.M. on <br />Monday, September 28, 1998, at which public hearing interested <br />persons shall be entitled to speak and present evidence for or <br />against the designation of the PPG Industries Reinvestment Zone, <br />pursuant to Chapter 312, Texas Tax Code, as amended. The legal <br />description of the property to comprise the proposed reinvestment <br />zone is as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Being a 3.3 acre tract; a 1.13 acre; a 0.11 acre tract, <br />and connecting strips of land, all out of the PPG 32.29 <br />acre tract located between South 16th Street and the <br />Southern Pacific Railroad, and between West "F" Street <br />and Fairmont Parkway, in the Town of La Porte, a <br />subdivision in Harris County, Texas, according to the map <br />recorded in V~lume'58 at Page 460, et seq, of the Harris <br />County Deed Records. <br /> <br />A plat of said property is available for inspection in the City <br />Secretary's office. <br /> <br />MARTHA A.
