These Bylaws and <br />service agreement out fine the purpose, membership requirements, reimbursement, and indemnification of the <br />organization's members. <br />The City Attorney has reviewed the contracts and has approved our signing with one stipulation of an added page <br />detailing the City of La Porte's position on reimbursement. This page is attached for your review. <br />The most significant requirement within this agreement is the requirement for reimbursement of material used , <br />and repair or replacement of equipment damaged or lost. This requirement is for the member initiating the call to <br />CIMA.
