These funds will be available to home buyers in an amount not to exceed Sl 0.000 per family to assist in the down payment and closing costs associated with the acquisition of newly constructed affordable housing within the cities of Tomball, Deer Park, La Porte and Shoreacres, Texas. REQUIREMENTS: . The initial purchase price must not exceed Sll 5,200 The home must be new construction and be located in one of the above referenced cities Buyer(s) must be able to qualify and obtain a Mortgage Loan The home must remain the principal place of residence of the buyer(s) for at least five years Buyer(s) family gross income cannot exceed the following amounts by family size: . . . .
