ORDINANCE NO. 1501- u �I Page 3 of 4 1. 0.512 acre tract or parcel of land, more or less, out of the W. P. Harris Survey, Abstract No. 30, and the L. T. Moody 14.484 acre tract out of the 200 acre W. W. Ralston tract, Harris County, Texas; and 2A. Lots 3,4 and 5, Block A, Tracts 1 B & 213, Lots 1-5, Block B, Tracts 13C-1, 13C-2 and 13C-3 of Abstract No. 30, W. P. Harris; 2B. Units 1 thru 25, Bldg. 1, II, and III of Sunrise Townhouses, Sunrise Drive; and 2C. Units A thru L, Bldg. A, B and C of Bay Colony Condos, more specifically set forth on the map attached hereto as Exhibit F. "Section 7. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby finds, determines, and declares that all prerequisites of law have been satisfied and hereby determines and declares that the amendments to the City of La Porte Zoning Map and Classification contained in this Ordinance as amendments to City of La Porte Zoning Ordinance No. 1501 are desirable and in furtherance of the goals and objectives stated in the City of La Porte's comprehensive plan Ordinance No. 1501(A), "Section 8. The City Council officially finds, determines, recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the city for the time required by law preceding this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code; and that this meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been discussed, considered and formally acted upon. The City Council further ratifies, approves and confirms such written notice and the contents and posting thereof.
