Her first position was <br />Dispatcher with the Police Department. In 1985 she was promoted to <br />Administrative Assistant for the Chief of Police. Elaine has worn many hats in her <br />career for the City such as Emergency Management Deputy Coordinator, LEPC <br />Chairperson for 7 years, EHCMA. Risk Management and served on the Citizens <br />Advisory Committee. Chief Reff stated that Elaine has extensive knowledge of thtJ <br />Department that has been invaluable to them over the years. She is a very <br />dedicated and supportive employee. Assistant Chief Corrales noted Elaine's <br />superior performance and how she always goes beyond established standards. <br />Elaine is most effective in dealing with people.
