TRACT 3 ACCESS EASEMENT DESCRIPTION OF A 0.024-ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE J. HUNTER SURVEY, A-35, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS • Being a tract of land containing 0.024 acre (1,051 square feet) out of the J. Hunter Survey, A-35, Harris County, Texas. Said 0.024-acre tract being out of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 177 of the Map of La Porte as recorded by plat in Volume 58, Page 460 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas and conveyed to the City of La Porte by deeds recorded in Volume 6098, Page 250 and Volume 2080, Page 149 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.
