<br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City of La Porte <br />Established 1892 <br /> <br />March 16, 2001 <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor Norman Malone and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Malone: <br /> <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, during a regular meeting on <br />March 15, 2001, held a public hearing to consider Special Conditional Use Permit <br />Request #SCU 01-002. The request, submitted by Ms. Deborah Johnson on <br />behalf of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, seeks approval to build a church on lots 1 <br />thru 13 of block 79, Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The proposed <br />Church will be developed in a Low-Density Residential (R-1) Zone. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has, by unanimous vote, recommended <br />that City Council consider approval of Special Conditional Use Permit Request <br />#SCU 01-002. <br /> <br /> <br />c: Robert T.
