Any <br />communication addressed and mailed in accordance with this section shall be deemed to be given <br />when so mailed, any notice so sent by electronic or facsimile transmission shall be deemed to be <br />given when receipt of such transmission is acknowledged, and any communication so delivered in <br />person shall be deemed to be given when receipted for by, or actually received by, the Authority, the <br />Zone, or the City, as the case may be. <br />XV. <br />APPLICABLE LAWS <br />This Agreement is made subject to the Constitution and laws of the State of Texas and the <br />Charter of the City. All actions or proceedings arising directly, indirectly or otherwise in connection <br />with, out of, or related to, or from this Agreement shall be litigated only in courts whose situs is in <br />Houston, Hams County, Texas (U.S.A.).
