AS <br />ADOPTED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY OF LA PORTE'S CODE OF ORDINANCES ARTICLE VI. <br />SECTION 82-411 AND ORDINANCE #97-2198. USING THE CODE AS ITS GUIDE. IT IS THE <br />OPINION OF TIllS INSPECTION BOARD THAT TIllS BUILDING IS IN FACT DANGEROUS. BUT <br />STILL REP AlRABLE. ALL REOUIRED REPAIRS OR AL TERA TIONS SHALL BE DONE IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE CITY OF LA PORTE CODES AND ORDINANCES. IF <br />THE REPAIR OR AL TERA TION ORDER IS NOT COMPLIED WITH WITHIN THE TIMETABLE <br />SET OUT IN ARTICLE VIII. SECTION 82-478 OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES.
