The applicant, Stuart Haynsworth on behalf of La Porte 81, Ltd.; La Porte 82, Ltd,; <br />and La Porte 115 Ltd., seeks approval to build a mixed-use development on 292 acres out <br />of 342 acres, Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The proposed mixed-use project <br />will be developed in a Planned Unit Deyelopment (PUD) zoning district. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission, by unanimous Yote, recommends approval of <br />Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU02-002.
