Bid requests were mailed to eleven (11) vendors with four (4) returning bids. <br />Low bid meeting spexificmtions was submitted by Dyna-Pak Corp. in the amount of $0.439 per pound This <br />represents a decrease of one-qua<ter of one percent (0.25%) from the last bid This contact would be for 150,000 <br />lbs for a toml cost of $65,850.00. <br />Staff recommends award of the bid for supply of the February, 2004 bag handout to Dyna-Pak Corp. in the amount <br />of $65,850.00.
