<br />• <br />HUB Subcontracting Pian <br />Statement of Intent (Form 5) <br />Vendor Company Name: SBC Communications Inc. [VENDOR] <br />Department of Information Resources Offering Document Number. DIR-TMP-03-029 <br />By completing the following Statement of Intent, the potential vendor HUB Subcontracting Plan <br />is considered responsive, qualified, and/or valid. <br />Statement of Intent: <br />I, James Shelgren, an authorized representative of VENDOR have reviewed <br />(Vendor Authorized Representative) <br />the offering document and have determined that the entire work of the contract will be <br />completed with VENDOR's own employees and resources without subcontracting 'any portion of <br />the contract. <br />If, after award of the contract, circumstances necessitate the use of any subcontractors, the <br />Department of Information Resources will be notified in writing. VENDOR will comply with the <br />provisions of 1 TAC §111.14(b) relating to developing and submitting a subcontracting plan <br />before any modifications to the HSP can be considered by the Department of Information <br />Resources.
