<br />-' <br />.' <br /> <br />3.11 DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE SITE <br /> <br />Add Subparagraph 3.11.2 and 3.11.3 asfollows: <br /> <br />3.11.2 The Contractor shall post all Addenda on Construction Documents prior to <br />commencing work at the site. <br /> <br />3.11.3 The Contractor shall maintain all approved permit drawings and other documents at <br />the site, so as to make them accessible to inspectors, the Architect, and the Owner at all <br />times that the work is in progress. Such documents shall be delivered to the Architect before <br />final payment. <br /> <br />3.12 SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES <br /> <br />Add Subparagraphs 3.12.11 and 3.12.12 to Paragraph 3.12: <br /> <br />3.12.11 The Architect's review of Contractor's submittals will be limited to examination <br />of an initial submittal and two (2) resubmittals. The Architect's review of Additional <br />submittals will be made only with the consent of the Owner after notification by the <br />Architect. The Owner shall be entitled to deduct from the Contract Sum amounts paid to the <br />Architect for evaluation of such Additional resubmittals. <br /> <br />3.12.12 Detailed requirements for submittals are described in Section 01330 Submittal <br />Procedures. <br /> <br />3.14 CUTTING AND PATCHING <br /> <br />Add Subparagraph 3.14.2 <br /> <br />3.14.2 Detailed requirements for cutting and patching are described in Section 01732 <br />Cutting and Patching. <br /> <br />3.15 CLEANING UP <br /> <br />Add Subparagraph 3.15.3 as follows: <br /> <br />3.15.3 Upon completion of the Work, Contractor shall provide final clean-up of all <br />surfaces, without limitation. Reference requirements of Section 01770 Closeout Procedures. <br /> <br />3.18 INDEMNIFICATION <br /> <br />Delete Subparagraphs 3.18.1 and replace with the following: <br /> <br />3.18 .1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Contractor shall hold harmless, defend <br />and indemnify the Owner, Architect, consultants and agents and employees of any ofthem <br /> <br />8 <br />
