W399440 and W399441, respectively, <br />of the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas. Said point <br />being the Southernmost Southeast corner of this tract; from which a Y:z inch iron rod <br />found for the Northeast corner of said 20.001 acres and the Northwest corner of that <br />certain 3.399 acres conveyed by J. E.
