<br />VI. <br /> <br />Independent Contractor - This Contract shall not be construed as creating an <br /> <br />employer/employee relationship, a partnership, or a joint venture, since the intent is that <br /> <br />Dr. Boultinghouse shall be an independent contractor with the City.
