�y <br />s� <br />City of La Porte <br />Established 1892 <br />�! r <br />rEXAS <br />April 30, 2007 <br />Honorable Mayor Alton Porter and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br />Re: Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU07-004 <br />Dear Mayor Porter and Council: <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, during a regular meeting on April 19, 2007, <br />considered Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU07-004, for proposed Lakes at Fairmont Greens, <br />Section 9. 65 La Porte Ltd.
