Mayor Alton Porter delivered the Invocation. <br /> <br />3. Mayor Porter led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />4. PRESENT A TIONS/PROCLAMA TIONS: <br /> <br />A. Mayor Porter presented a Fill the Boot Proclamation to the La Porte Fire Department <br /> <br />Numerous volunteer firefighters were present to receive the award. <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda <br /> <br />A. Consider approving Minutes of the Special Called Regular Meeting, Public Hearing <br />and Workshop Meeting of La Porte City Council held on May 21,2007. <br /> <br />B. Council to consider approval or other action regarding awarding bid for Fairmont <br />Elevated Tank Rehabilitation project to Gulf States Protective Coatings, inc. in the <br />amount of $74,250, and authorize and addition $3,712 for contingency. <br /> <br />C. Council to consider approval or other action awarding a bid for Concrete Pavement <br />Project raising in the amount of $30,000.00. <br />
