Based on the attached <br />report, the Sylvan Beach Festival has had an increase in net income since the City's $30,000 annual contribution to <br />the Chamber for this special event. Another change in the Agreement is the date for which the Chamber should <br />submit to the City, their budget. The first year of the 3-year Agreement remains in October, but the remaining 2 <br />years should be submitted by July 5th in order for it to be reviewed before the City's budget process. <br /> <br />The contract between the City of La Porte and the La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce will expire September <br />30,2008.
