Project. <br />$ 6,500.00 <br />§ 4.1.2 Compensation for Preconstruction Phase Services shall be equitably adjusted if such services extend beyond <br />( 30 ) days from the date of this Agreement or if the originally contemplated scope of services is significantly <br />modified. <br />§ 4.2.2 Payments are due and payable Thirty( 30 ) days from the date the Construction Manager's invoice is <br />received by the Owner.
