The Plans were updated and <br />approved by City Council on October 8, 2007. <br /> <br />The Legislature amended the Texas Administrative Code Title 30, Chapter 288, effective January 10, <br />2008, to require additional revisions to water conservation plans, which are due May 1,2009.
