The TDRP specifically involves only <br />the Community Development Block Grant funding allocation resulting from Hurricane Ike. The two <br />State agencies responsible for distribution and administration of the grant funds are Texas Department of <br />Housing and Community Affairs (for housing funds) and Texas Department of Rural Affairs (for non- <br />housing funds).
