<br />RESOLUTION NO. ~Ol 0 -- Iv <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED <br />SIGNA TORS FOR ITS TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />PROGRAM DISASTER RECOVERY CONTRACT DRSO 1 0231. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of La Porte has received funding under the Texas Community <br />Development Block Grant Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate signators for contractual documents pertaining to <br />this contract. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LA PORTE, TEXAS THAT: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. City Council designates the City Manager, Finance Director, or City <br />Secretary as authorized signators for the State of Texas Purchase <br />V ouchers for the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program <br />Contract D RSO 10231; and, <br /> <br />SECTION 2. City Council designates the City Manager, Finance Director, or City <br />Secretary as authorized signators for the Requests for Advance or <br />Reimbursement for the Texas Community Development Block Grant <br />Program Contract D RSO 10231; and, <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
