[Mayor Pro Tem Engelken] Mayor Pro Tem Engelken reported the Board met, approved the expenditure of $33,000.00 in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 La Porte Development Corporation budget to fund a one-year agreement between the City of La Porte, Texas, and The Retail Coach, LLC for recruitment and development services, opened a 60-day public comment period for a potential project of the La Porte Development Corporation to promote new or expanded business enterprises at 114 W. Main St., La Porte, Texas, to be known as Round Table Pizza Royalty, through an incentive payment up to a $217,800.00, and received a briefing on the update to the Comprehensive Plan. 8. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS • City Council meeting, October 9 • Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, October 19 • City Council meeting, October 23 • Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, October 26 City Manager Corby Alexander said there were no reports. 9.
