<br /> <br />March <br />2000 <br /> <br />Countdown <br />to <br />Census Day <br />April 1 st <br /> <br />has <br />~ act... <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Suggest to schools to have student school patrol members and crossing <br />guards to wear a Census message on their vests and badges. <br />Encourage schools to place Census posters and banners in student pick-up <br />and drop-off areas. Intensify efforts to encourage schools to increase Census <br />2000 awareness activities. <br />Check to ensure that Questionnaire Assistance Centers and Be Counted <br />Centers located in schools are opened by the time Census questionnaires are <br />delivered to households.
