All known abandoned pipelines shall be <br />purged, disconnected from all sources or <br />suppliers of gas, hazardous liquids and <br />chemicals and shall be capped or sealed at each <br />end within the City limits. <br /> <br />Sec. 102-241. Permittee <br />is responsible for determining the ultimate <br />depths from the appropriate agency and <br />reporting said information with permit <br />application. <br /> <br />3. Pipelines for areas not mentioned in 1. or 2. <br />above shall be buried to a minimum depth of <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />- <br />
