An evaluation team was selected to review submissions <br />and score each on the criteria identified in the RFQ. The members were John <br />Joerns, Wayne Sabo, Rodney Slaton and Steve Gillett. <br /> <br />The Committee initially met to discuss and agree upon a weighing factor for each <br />selection criteria. A second meeting was held to discuss the initial evaluation of the <br />submissions, and the Committee agreed to eliminate a total of six (6) firms, based on <br />experience, proposed personnel and overall response to the RFQ. Claunch & Miller, <br />Dannenbaum, Jacobs Carter Burgess, Klotz and URS were given an in-depth review <br />by each committee member and individual rating sheets were completed. The <br />Committee then met again to discuss the individual ratings, and a combined rating <br />sheet for each firm was prepared. <br /> <br />A summary of the evaluation tabulations is attached as Exhibit I. The top respondent <br />was identified as Klotz Associates with a combined average score of 7.6625. It <br />should be noted that the entire committee selected Klotz as the top respondent. <br /> <br />. Page 1 <br />
