<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CURRENT CITY PRACTICES FOR PERMITTING <br /> <br />Current practices for issuance and follow-up on Fill Dirt Permits & complaints are as follows: <br /> <br />0- 5 Loads (Approx. 50 CY - Max.) <br /> <br />No Permit Required <br /> <br />6 - 40 Loads (Approx. 400 CY - Max) <br /> <br />Permit Issued on the Spot <br /> <br />41 - 49 Loads (Approx. 490 CY - Max) <br />50 and> Loads (Approx. 500 CY and >) <br /> <br />We'll work with the applicant <br /> <br />Site Visit & Recommended Plan <br />for Grading & Drainage <br /> <br />Follow-up inspection offill dirt operations is currently complaint-driven. From start to finish, <br />eight (8) man hours are estimated spent per complaint on fill dirt issues. This includes receiving <br />the call, researching the permit/address, driving time to and from, on-site visits, investigation, <br />writing and refining the letter to the violator (if needed) including upper management input, <br />meeting with or phone calls to the violator and subsequent reinspection. <br />
