<br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br /> <br />(10) limitations on the amount of money to be expended by the <br />authority for administrative or other expenses; <br />(11) vesting in a trustee or other fiduciary the property, <br />rights, powers and duties in trust as the authority determines, <br />which may include any of the rights, powers and duties of the trustee <br />appointed by the bondholders or noteholders pursuant to this Act, <br />and abrogating the right of the bondholders or noteholders to appoint <br />a trustee under this Act or limiting the rights, powers and duties <br />of the trustee; <br />(12) placing the management, operation and control of specified <br />facili ties or assets of the authority in the hands of a board of <br />trustees to be named in the resolution or trust indenture and speci- <br />fying the terms of office of the board of trustees, their powers <br /> <br />and duties, the <br />successors, and <br /> <br />manner of exercising the <br />all matters pertaining to <br /> <br />same, the appointment of <br />their organization and <br /> <br />duties; and <br /> <br /> <br />(13) any other matters, of like or different character, which <br /> <br /> <br />in any way affect the securi ty or protection of the bonds or notes <br /> <br /> <br />or the bondholders or noteholders. <br /> <br /> <br />F. The resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds or <br /> <br /> <br />notes or the trust indenture or other instrument securing them may <br /> <br /> <br />provide that in the event of a default or, under the conditions therein <br /> <br /> <br />stated, a threatened default in the payment of principal or of interest <br /> <br /> <br />on bonds or notes, any court of competent jurisdiction may, upon <br /> <br />peti tion of the holders of outstanding bonds or notes, appoint a <br /> <br /> <br />receiver with authority to collect and receive pledged revenues <br /> <br />and receipts, and the instruments may limit or qualify the rights <br /> <br />20 <br />
