<br /> <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT, continued <br /> <br />Greater Houston Partnership, Team Texas, the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region, Southeast <br />Coahuila, and the Metro Orlando EDC to name a few. <br /> <br />Ms. Holloway has nearly 15 years of experience in economic development planning and marketing. <br />During her consulting career, she has led focus groups and interviews with thousands of people. <br />From 1996-2005, Ms. Holloway served as Senior Project Manager and then Vice President of <br />AngelouEconomics. While there, Holloway wrote dozens of economic development and marketing <br />strategies, including plans for: Charleston; Santa Fe; Metro Orlando; Baytown; Greater Binghamton; <br />Northwest North Carolina; Cleveland; the State of Texas; and the Texas Workforce Commission. <br />Between 2000 and 2002, she managed AngelouEconomics' European office in Germany. where her <br />clients included the promotion agencies of the Czech Republic, Portugal, and Carinthia, Austria. <br /> <br />Before joining AngelouEconomics, Ms. Holloway was an economist for Nobel Prize nominated Dr. M. <br />Ray Perryman at The Perryman Group. In 2005, she was a business development manager for industrial <br />deSign-build firm Gray Construction. <br /> <br />Ms. Holloway resides in Austin, Texas, where she serves on the boards of the Austin State Hospital and <br />Catalyst 8/ The Long Center for the Performing Arts. She is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Austin's <br />Emerge program. Following stints as an aide to <br />a member of the British Parliament and work on a Senatorial campaign in his home state ofDlinois, Mr. <br />Hockenyos founded TXP while attending the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at <br />Austin in 1987. Since then, TXP has successfully completed hundreds of proj ects for a wide variety of <br />clients, with a strong record of on-time, on-budget delivery. <br /> <br />Along with serving as Managing Director of the firm, Mr. Hockenyos makes numerous public <br />presentations and speeches, has served as a resource witness on a variety of issues for a large number of <br />city councils, state legislatures, and the U.S. Congress, and is widely quoted by both print and electronic <br />media. <br /> <br />Mr. Hockenyos received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Illinois and Masters of <br />Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs, where he has taught as an Adjunct Professor.
