<br />7.15 Legal costs. If any Party hereto is the prevailing party in any legal proceedings against another <br />Party brought under or with relation to this Agreement, such prevailing Party shall additionally be entitled to <br />recover court costs and reasonable attorneys= fees from the non-prevailing Party to such proceedings. <br /> <br />7.16 Further assurances. Each Party hereby agrees that it will take all actions and execute all <br />documents necessary to funy carry out the purposes and intent of this Agreement. <br /> <br />7.17 Effect of Tri-Party Agreement.
