I wanted to ask your opinion on whether notice and bidding laws under LGC 252 apply <br />to Type B development corps. Everything I've looked at, including AG opinion holding that <br />similar statute in LGC 272 does not apply, suggests that Type B boards do not have to bid <br />contracts.
