c. APB Properties LLC - Enhancement Grant Reimbursement - Presentation, <br />discussion, and possible action to approve a reimbursement payment in an <br />amount not to exceed $36,383.10 to the applicant, APB Properties LLC, under <br />terms of the Economic Development Incentive Agreement dated May 29, <br />2024, for enhancements to its business property located at 908 W. Main <br />Street, La Porte, Texas. [Haley Bowers, Economic Development Manager] <br />Member Engelken moved to approve a reimbursement payment of $36,383.10 to <br />the applicant, APB Properties LLC, under terms of the Economic Development <br />Incentive Agreement dated May 29, 2024, for enhancements to its business <br />Property located at 908 W. Main Street, La Porte, Texas; Member Earp seconded <br />the motion; the motion was adopted, 6-0. <br />d. Amended Project - Public Hearing and Approval of Project Amendment - The <br />La Porte Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold a public <br />hearing to receive comment on an amendment to a previously approved <br />project of the La Porte Development Corporation for La Porte Fitness Center <br />parking lot, by amending the scope of the project to include sidewalks and <br />other related improvements to the La Porte Fitness Center property at 1322 <br />S. Broadway St., La Porte; followed by discussion and possible action to <br />approve a proposed amendment to the La Porte Fitness Center Parking Lot <br />Project by amending the scope of the project to include sidewalks and other <br />related improvements to the La Porte Fitness Center property at 1322 S. <br />Broadway St., La Porte. [Haley Bowers, Economic Development Manager] <br />President Oieda opened the public hearing at 5:25 p.m. Haley Bowers, Economic <br />Development Manager, provided an update and Jameson Appel, Asst. Public <br />Works Director, explained the project timeline. There were no public comments. <br />President Oleda closed the public hearing at 5:28 p.m. <br />Member McCaul ley moved to amend a previously approved project of the La Porte <br />Development Corporation for La Porte Fitness Center parking lot, by amending the <br />scope of the proiect to include sidewalks and other related improvements to the La <br />Porte Fitness Center property at 1322 S. Broadway St., La Porte, Member Gerrish <br />seconded the motion; the motion was adopted, 6-0. <br />e. Main Street Station LLC - Public Hearing - The La Porte Development <br />Corporation Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing to receive <br />comment on a proposed project for new or expanded business enterprises <br />in an amount not to exceed $101,837.00 for building and site improvements <br />at 115 West Main Street, La Porte, Texas; followed by discussion and <br />possible action to approve a project for new or expanded enterprises in an <br />amount not to exceed $101,837.00 for building and site improvements at 115 <br />West Main Street, La Porte, Texas.
