Amended Project - Public Hearing and Approval of Project Amendment - The La Porte Development Corporation Board of Directors will hold a public hearing to receive comment on an amendment to a previously approved project of the La Porte Development Corporation for La Porte Fitness Center parking lot, by amending the scope of the project to include sidewalks and other related improvements to the La Porte Fitness Center property at 1322 S. Broadway St., La Porte; followed by discussion and possible action to approve a proposed amendment to the La Porte Fitness Center Parking Lot Project by amending the scope of the project to include sidewalks and other related improvements to the La Porte Fitness Center property at 1322 S. Broadway St., La Porte. [Haley Bowers, Economic Development Manager] President Oieda opened the public hearing at 5:25 p.m. Haley Bowers, Economic Development Manager, provided an update and Jameson Appel, Asst. Public Works Director, explained the project timeline. There were no public comments. President Oleda closed the public hearing at 5:28 p.m. Member McCaul ley moved to amend a previously approved project of the La Porte Development Corporation for La Porte Fitness Center parking lot, by amending the scope of the proiect to include sidewalks and other related improvements to the La Porte Fitness Center property at 1322 S.
